Art Trek have been very busy this year… Following an Art Trek exhibition at the Gaia Museum of Outsider Art, in Randers, Denmark, Cameron Morgan's oil painting ‘Laurel and Hardy' was purchased for the Museum's permanent collection.
In January some of Art Trek visited KCAT Studio in Kilkenny, Ireland, to work on an animation project and exchange ideas with the artists who are based there.
More recently they have teamed up with people from the Greater Pollock area to visit the Open Museum in Nitshill. The Education team there have been introducing the group to the collection, and teaching them to look at the artwork more critically in order to learn new techniques for their own arts practice.
Art Trek have also been working at Wasps Artists' Studios to develop artwork for an exhibition at Hillhead Library in the West End. The exhibition will run from the 10 -21 April.
Sorry - there is no Diary for 2005!
